Booking

  • Cancellation/rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours before your booked time. You can easily do this via your account. If you do not have a password, you can create a new one by clicking on "Create new password".
  • In case of a No-show (when you do not arrive at your booked time and have not cancelled it), you will be charged 500 SEK for the missed appointment.
  • The agreement is binding after the treatment has been booked for both the customer and Rethink.

Treatment and Result

  • The customer understands that the result of the treatment can vary and that several treatments may be required to achieve the desired result.
  • The customer understands that there are risks and side effects associated with the treatment and that it is their responsibility to inform the therapist of any health issues before the treatment begins.
  • The customer is responsible for following the recommended aftercare instructions.
  • The tattoo is at least 12 weeks old at the time of the treatment.

Payment and Price

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about their health before the treatment.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for the treatment according to the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made by card, Swish, invoice or through Klarna. We do not accept cash.

Miscellaneous

  • The customer consents by booking to the processing of health data according to the guidelines and rules resulting from GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
  • The customer understands that health data will be used for purposes that are relevant and necessary for care and health, and will be processed with the utmost confidentiality and security in accordance with Art. 9 GDPR.
