Good to know about your account

To be able to cancel your treatment, you need to log in. There, you'll find your pages where you can easily cancel your appointment.

When you make a booking, we automatically create an account for you. You do not receive a password for the account and therefore cannot log in. You can easily create a password by clicking 'create new password' (above).

We only store your name, email, and phone number. This is so we can reach you with automatic reminders about your upcoming booking(s). Your account is automatically created when you make your first booking.

Before your first treatment, we conduct a consultation where we evaluate your skin and tattoo, and discuss any questions and expectations. A simple first step is to have a free consultation, either directly through our chat or at one of our clinics.

Once at the clinic, we laser the tattoo and go over aftercare instructions and any questions. After the treatment, we schedule a new appointment approximately 12 weeks later, as your body needs time to reduce the amount of ink.

After each treatment, we assess how far we've progressed in the process. We then schedule a new appointment, and if the tattoo is still visible after 12 weeks, we meet for your next treatment.

After your final treatment, we follow up with a review of the results.
