Good to know about your account
I want to cancel, but I don't know how?
To be able to cancel your treatment, you need to log in. There, you'll find your pages where you can easily cancel your appointment.
Do I have an account with you? I'm not sure.
When you make a booking, we automatically create an account for you. You do not receive a password for the account and therefore cannot log in. You can easily create a password by clicking 'create new password' (above).
Do I have to have an account with you?
We only store your name, email, and phone number. This is so we can reach you with automatic reminders about your upcoming booking(s). Your account is automatically created when you make your first booking.
