How a digital consultation works

When you book a digital consultation with us, we will send you an email with a link to our video call platform. We will also send a reminder via SMS with the same link 15 minutes before your consultation. You do not need to create an account to log in to the platform; simply enter your name.

During the video consultation, you will speak with one of our laser specialists who will answer all your questions and concerns. You will receive an estimate of the treatment cost and how many sessions may be needed.

The same specialist you talk to during the consultation will also be the one treating you in person. The specialist will explain how the treatment works and provide information about aftercare. You will be asked some questions about your tattoo, such as how long you have had it, whether it is a cover-up, or if there is white ink involved.

If you have a tattoo larger than 10x10 cm, we will need to perform a test treatment before starting the actual treatment. This can be scheduled during your video consultation. If you feel ready, we can also book an appointment for the actual treatment.
