COVID-19The safety, security, and perceived quality of our customers are always our focus at Rethink, and we prioritize patient safety during times of COVID-19. As a clinical practice, Rethink follows the regulations set by the government regarding sterility and hygiene and continuously trains our staff.
In response to COVID-19, we have implemented several measures to further reduce the risk of virus transmission:
- We encourage you to come alone for your visit, especially if you are experiencing symptoms, to minimize the number of people in the same space.
- Contact surfaces (e.g., card terminals, door handles, etc.) that you may come into contact with are disinfected multiple times a day.
- We warmly welcome you to the clinic verbally and do not shake hands, despite always disinfecting our hands both before and after contact with each patient.
- Hand sanitizer is always available for you as a customer/patient.
- We offer online consultations so you do not have to come to the clinic if you wish to limit contact with others.
- Strict rules apply to Rethink's staff, and everyone is encouraged to stay home at the first sign of cold symptoms or if someone they live with shows symptoms.
- Staff may use face shields during close patient interactions if necessary.
- Inside the treatment room, there will only be the individual customer and staff present together, ensuring that the customer does not have close contact with others in the clinic.
How should you approach your visit to us?
- If you are certain that you have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please postpone your visit until you have fully recovered. You also need to be symptom-free for at least 48 hours.
- If you suspect that you have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please wait about 14 days before visiting us, even if you do not yet have any symptoms.
- If you experience flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, headache, breathing difficulties, or muscle and joint pain, we ask you to contact us to reschedule your appointment. If necessary, call 1177 and explain your symptoms, and follow their assessment.
- If you have a scheduled appointment with us, we ask that, for your safety and the safety of others, you come alone to minimize the number of people in the same place.
- We also offer phone and online consultations for patients who, for various reasons, cannot physically visit us for their consultation.
If you feel well, you are warmly welcome to visit us as usual!
